Look up power pumping. Karrie Locher has some great info! Especially on instagram

There are teas and snacks available for purchase on amazon that help increase production. Currently my main source is granola bars, extra water and , Belvita (snacks). Lots of women have had increases with the Belvita snacks and they are easily obtainable because most grocery stores have them in stock.
I pump before a feeding. It helps my supply !
I use to drink non alcoholic dark beer, make nursing cookies or make oatmeal cookies, lots of water, and when my kids were done nursing iid immediately pump to make sure I emptied completely so supply would come back in.

I’m not breast feeding - only exclusively pumping right now bc my baby girl has a lip tie so it makes it hard to latch.
Gotcha. Then definitely oats. That seemed to help me a lot when my supply got low.
Gatorade helped me
Body armor. Coconut water. Oats

Has it worked? Thinking of this
Yes been drinking body armor lite every day!!
Semolina porridge helped me alot
That looks like a good supply. Are those each form one pumping session? Is that not enough?
Ginger beer worked for me. Doing great with that supply tho 👍🏾
Boobie body protein powder has worked for me! I have a referral code for $10 off if you (or anyone else) want! Also, chia seeds!
I had awful supply issues. The only thing, food wise, that I thought made a difference was barley! I would wake up leaking of a morning, which was terribly exciting for someone like me! I added cooked barley to my oat porridge, and made chicken and barley soup.
I EP for 13 months. If you want to increase, add power pumps and pump every 2-2.5 hrs instead. Up your water, coconut water is good for hydration, I also used Brewers yeast and flaxseed (always, not just when pumping), in addition to keeping calorie count up.
Check out mamma alia on YouTube. She was my saving grace seriously!! She taught me everything. I pumped every 2-3 hours too until empty plus a few minutes for extra stimulation. I was a milk machine lol
Fenugreek, Gatorade, oatmeal. If youre really in a pinch, they make lactation supplements and also things like cookies and brownies that are super helpful.

It causes gas really bad in babies. My friend who is an internationally license breast-feeding consultant does not recommend products within your Greek.
OP: be aware that fenugreek works well for some but has the opposite effect for others
There is so much Internet information out there it’s sometimes can be hard to know what to trust your best bet is to get in touch with a certified lactation consultant your OB‘s office will have them your pediatricians office will have information on them and most hospitals have them. There is a brand called booby body they are sold somewhere at target and on Amazon. This is an excellent product for lactation support. I currently use the booby bears as I work in the service industry so that’s immune booster for me along with the lactation support. You are the most Four in the morning so those are your best times to pump extra not so much in the afternoon and evening. Oats like oatmeal and oat milk are very good for you also the body armor light in the coconut water.

Also a lactation consultant would be able to help you with your latch.
Be careful using products that have fenugreek in them it’s advertised to help boost like Tatian but it causes gas in both you and baby
Drink a full glass of water before and with each pump session. I often do soymilk so I can add protein powder for a calorie boost.
Coconut 🥥 water!!! For me lol I get 30-40oz every 2 hrs

@Zawadi right! I haven’t taken any photos recently but I was so excited the first week he was born I took a lot of photos lol .. when I knew I wanted to breastfeed I started drinking coconut water and body armoire immediately! And I actually lost my supply because I stopped breastfeeding when I went to the hospital and hubby had to watch baby for a day and I was devastated but after starting back up drinking nasty coconutwater it came back in a couple hours and slowly worked itself up to 30-40
30-40oz?? Wow
Milky Mama products have helped me LOTS!
Getting a good let down really impacted how much I could pump in a session. The more milk you remove the more you will make!To improve my let down, I really focused on a few things. Make sure you are comfortable and don’t feel rushed. Before starting to pump, I’d take a few deep relaxing breaths with my eyes closed and picture holding and nursing my baby. As I started pumping I would repeat that exercise. It helped tremendously. I’m sure google has lots of other ideas on a good letdown with the pump

Love it thank you
I pump one breast while nursing on the other breast. I notice a huge increase in my let down reflex.
Coconut water. It’s expensive but it helped my production a ton!
Lots of water, oat meal, body armor drink, and I love the lactation oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
if you breastfeed as well as pump, I totally recommend the Haakaa! it increases demand, which increases supply, and also catches the letdown on the side you aren't nursing from so you have no wasted milk. I get a solid 2-4oz per feeding with it, on top of 6-8oz × 2 at work, and nursing while at home.

I have a haakaa!! It’s been amazing
Milk shake trigger let downs ...rice and oatmeal have done it for me too ...middle of the night pumping seems to be the go to trick
Milk made tea with oat milk!
Oatmeal, and body armor drink
I make lactation bites and use some of the legendairy milk products. I’ve seen a dramatic increase after pumping 8 times a day and using the products. It’s a lot of work and very exhausting but so worth it.

Hi! I was wondering if you’d be willing to share your recipe ? I know I can buy them but I’d much rather make them !
Lately I've been pumping every 2-3 hours and then nursing my son for 10-15 minutes on each boob after I pump (I usually feed him a bottle an hour before I pump so I don't count it as a feeding more like a little snack

Pumping after 2am when prolactin hormone is at its highest 👌
Lots of water! And by "lots" I mean at least a gallon a day
My lactation consultant recommended Motherlove Moringa supplements and they work! Also, google lactation cookie recipes. And if you’re craving an adult beverage... a milk stout produced a full cup in one session (both breasts)... just make sure to wait 2-3 hours.
Blue Gatorade! And the Haakaa! I froze over 200oz in a month just from using it

Oh man ! I have the hakaa and love it but I can only use it when I’m not nursing ! Still trying to figure out a good position.
Body armor drink
Does help with production but help save every drip: hakaa let down collectors. Instead of wasting milk in nursing pads I use collectors so every drip is useful!

Hakka are the best!
My milk had gone to 1oz a day expressing only. I have been on Motilium for 5 weeks now, the supply now is up to 12-15oz (expressing) a day and night time breastfeeding. I m weaning off the pills next week and hopefully the supply will be the same!

I have a low supply and just ordered this! I pump 12-13oz a day. I’m hoping this ups me to 20 or more a day! I’ve seen it work for so many
Where do you get it? Do you have to be prescribed? X
Oats (I tend to make flapjacks), also if it's taking you a while to express a little, check the size of cup for the pump you are using. E.g. standard sizes are 21mm and 24mm, whereas I use a lot smaller of 17mm (shoukd really get the 15mm though as it's still a bit big).
Are you breastfeeding too? That really stimulates everything. I pumped that often and again after every feeding. So I basically had porn boobs for a year 🤣
Yasss girl
Are you pumping through the night? Or 2-3 hours during the day only. 2-5am your body releases more prolactin when you pump therefore boosting your supply.
Mothers milk tea helped me. Very string flavor so I would add honey. I tried some of the cookies, gummy bears etc but personally didn’t care for the price or the taste.
Drink Tons of water. Pump often & until empty then add a couple mins. I also like the upflow drinks and eating oatmeal balls- it helps to hit the calories that are needed to pump. I pump 5-6 times a day and about 60-75 oz. I take sunflower lecithin to help with clogs & pumping faster.
Oats, and fenugreek supplements, mothers milk tea and lots of water ! X
Pump in the morning. Set a 2 hour alarm on your phone or watch to “pump soon.” HYDRATE. I like liquid iv. Take a post natal with DHA. Nutrition is key. I like to juice all kinds of fruit and veggies. Light exercise can help. Pump before the shower, before the gym. And maybe the most important, pump somewhere familiar and stress free. Relax and look at your baby (or pictures and maybe smell a blanket)

Magnesium rich food or supplements relaxes your stress which allow your body to make more milk. When you are stress your body make less milk

Use a hakka when nursing and drink drink drink ( water, Gatorade). Make sure you eat enough. Every time you pump or nurse have water and a snack. Also if you empty both breast at the same time it helps a lot.
I didn't get on with Haakaa, any other easy pumps others have had good experience with?
Power pumping lots of water and oatmeal every other day. I also pump at least 4 times a day whether its a haaka or a electric pump or my hands free pump
Oh I follow her, thanks!!
