Terrible cramping and lots of DC

Hi everyone! Pregnant with my first and looking into a Doula. Has anyone used one before and if so how much did it cost? My fear is being in the delivery room and communication breaking down so having an extra person in my corner sounds brilliant but worried about cost

She made my pregnancy so awkward. It was all about her. Didn’t like boundaries and it’s never been the same since. She’s seen baby 5x in 9 months and was too busy over Xmas to visit her only grandchild. I feel this has given me more reason to not visit her! And she’s made it awkward for herself now

I’ve recently been diagnosed with GD and have just started testing my sugars today. I am supposed to be between 4-7.8 an hour after meals but my breakfast and lunch readings today have been low at 3.2 which would technically be classed as a hypo but I wasn’t told anything about lows as the expectation is to be high....

I have been booked in for my initial midwife appointment, I will be 9 weeks at the appointment I was wondering what they would ask and how long the appointment takes?

Wasn't expecting this today would only be around 3 weeks 5 days

Been timing tightenings but can't tell if these are classed as regular or irregular Numbers 2,4,6 are tightenings Numbers 1,3,5 are the gaps in-between the tightenings
