Should I be concerned and complain that my urine and CO wasn’t checked at my 16 week appointment? I am high risk due to high BP I don’t want to seem like I’m overreacting but assuming this should be done at every appointment.

Today I’m supposed to be 5 weeks. Got blood drawn yesterday and this is my number. With my last pregnancy, I was at 209 at 4 weeks. Then with my 1st pregnancy it was 121 at just a little over 4 weeks and that one resulted in a loss at 9 weeks. I don’t get seen until early February.
