Soo there’s been tension all day , this guy just can’t seem to NOT want to argue! While we’re in the kitchen he’s in my proximity not giving me any space, screaming who I am and what I am and telling me to move! Not in a nice way either! I say No I’m sticking right here! I’m playing songs about being treated properl...
It can be either the boob or a dummy but he will do hunger cues when I'm 95% sure he's not still hungry (huge belly, big feed etc) and as soon as he starts sucking something he'll do the mightiest shart I've ever heard 😂 he's 3 weeks old now. Wondering if it's a comfort thing like moral support to get this poop out 😂
Anyone else had a telephone consultation for their postnatal check? Even though I didn’t need stitches I still think it should’ve been done in person. I feel a bit let down, especially as the Dr lectured me on how breast is best AFTER I told her I was unable to breastfeed and felt so down and guilty about it when ...
Does anyone have any insight on what vaccines a newborn gets and if you decided to go against any or all? I’m a first time mom and I’m really struggling on what to do.
Someone told me that my 1 year old is due some more vaccinations now? I’m a little confused though as my GP hasn’t contacted me about this? Is this true? And what are these vaccinations for? (Sorry if this is a really stupid question - it’s just so hard to keep up with everything!)
After some feeds, particularly in the night my baby is finding it hard to burp, I’ve tried:- • Over the shoulder rubbing and patting • Over my lap rubbing and patting • Sitting up right rubbing and patting • Bobbing/walking up and down • Rubbing tummy and bicycle legs She just won’t burp!! And I’m scared to put...
Is this normal breathing or is he sucking in at the ribs?
My baby doesn't poo daily. I was advised that she should take movicol every single day until she poos and then still continue. Is this right? Apparently it's not a laxative and it's safe. Does anyone else's baby poo every 2 to 3 days?
My 12 week old for the last few days has had v bad smelling nappies and looser poos (sorry not a nice post) - it has smelt a little fishy, but she is only doing 1 of these a day so it’s not diahorrea. Any one else had this? 🙈 worried it may be a tummy bug!
Has anyone else experienced there baby have stomach pain or look like there in discomfort after having Greek yogurt? He still isn’t asleep because he’s so upset and arching his back like he’s in pain. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks and when I look back through my app for what foods he’s had etc it is...
Are we supposed to contact them to arrange visits? Or do they contact us? My son is 7 and a half months and I’ve only seen the health visitor once? Is this normal? I’m not from this country but where I’m from in the EU the health visitor comes every 3 months to check on baby?
What do you put your baby in the bath? We’re still using the Angel care and LO will soon grow out of it. We tried to put her directly in the bath but she slides around a lot. Any tips please
Feeding my 9 day old newborn and she has started to breath like this and wheeze after a feed, is this normal or should I be worried ? Any advice would be helpful.
We haven't had our appointment yet (no letter to say when it will be) hence the question for anyone who has had their appointment already. From seeing other posts I understand there is a questionnaire similar to the 1 year check and they then observed the children playing? Is this correct? What do they ask/observe...

Hi guys My little girl is 4 weeks tomorrow, any tips for helping her with wind? She seems so uncomfortable and moans every time we put her down in pain. She goes red trying to push out lower gas and is fussy when she feeds if she has it. We do the usual burping after breastfeeding/ bottle feeding and try different...
I have a 4 week old baby and I had never seen her vomit before this. Last night after a feed she projectile vomited everything we had just given her, like this episode went a few inches into the air kinda deal. She’s never done that before, she spits up but nothing like this. Well I thought it must’ve been a one tim...
