This is my second pregnancy, little boy is 5 years old so cant remember exactly but im SURE my boobs were bigger this time last pregnancy, does that mean my milk hasnt/wont come through as i really want to breastfeed again.

I have to hand express only so how do I know I got all the milk? Having a pump doesn't work I only get less than an oz between the 2 but when I hand express I get more.
