Does anyone get really anxious when going out as you’ll most likely have to breastfeed in public? I try and keep going out to short lengths of time to try and avoid having to do it out and about.. I also struggle when people come to visit my house too. Any advice on this?

I’m exclusively pumping and I have got a lump on left breast which doesn’t seem to go. I have done cold presses, taken hot showers been pumping regularly. Nothing seems to help and the lactation consultant never answers the call. I’m so nervous. Any suggestions? Thanks
