Day time schedule/naps?

Are any of you in a daily routine yet? We’ve mastered night time. My LO (8 weeks) will go to sleep around 7:30 and won’t wake until around 4:30/5am but during the day we have no sleep routine whatsoever.. At the minute he falls asleep when he wants and then we just put him in his crib, and if we’re out and about he ...

Bassinet HELP!

Hey all! So my son is almost 4 months old and for awhile seemed to be improving with sleeping in his bassinet. For the past 2 weeks or so, he's in a serious sleep regression (only when put down) and has come to HATE his bassinet. We're at the point where if I am able to (by some miracle) put him down and not wake hi...

Night feeds- letting baby sleep

My 7 week old will usually have 5oz bottle before bed around 10pm and I’ll set an alarm to feed within 6 hours. We almost always have to wake him up for his feed as he sleeps through the night. Should I be going longer than 6 hours to avoid disrupting his sleep? At what stage do babies go longer than 6 hours between...

Struggle getting back to sleep

Is anyone else finding it increasingly difficult to get back to sleep after baby has had their night feed? Mine woke at 1.30am and I haven’t been able to get back to sleep since. He’s woken up again for his second night feed now which means I’ve had about two hours sleep 🥺 I’m not sure how to tackle this x

Waking up early

Can anyone help! I keep waking up at around 4am the past week or so. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and already struggling with lower back pain. I have a bad back and hips anyway and I’m usually a back sleeper so the sleeping on my side can be an issue. I use a butterfly type pillow & that’s comfortable for me most of the ti...

Hi mamas, wanted to ask you all if any of you ever have or are experiencing a very attached 2-year-old. My daughter is so attached to me from the moment she gets up from bed. I would hear Mama call out at least a hundred times during the morning. I can't go to the bathroom alone she will start screaming and crying...

Sleeping

my 4 almost 5 week old absolutely hates her bassinet, the “mattress” has flattened after washing it and so she’s just laying on a board. We let her sleep on the bed with minimal blankets however I noticed she LOVES to sleep on the boppy pillow and that’s when I get her to sleep the longest without fussing. She has b...

Anyone else find this?

I've noticed that whenever my partner's family come to visit or we go around theirs, the same night my son usually wakes up more than usual/sleeps worse. I've just come to expect it now, but find it really curious why it happens, when in theory he should be more tired and worn out 😂 He does get their full…

I am becoming a very worn out, desperate Mama.
