Ickle bubba pushchair

Hello does anyone have a travel system/pushchair from Ickle Bubba? I see good deals for them but don’t know anyone that’s had one. Would like some real feedback 😊 I know they stock them in some boots to have a look at, but not very many!

Am I wrong

Am I wrong for asking my mother to get an RSV test when she was recenly exposed to my niece and nephew who had caught it? She made it seem like it was a big deal me asking her to do so and we have a Christmas event at her house in 3 days. I have a 10 month old and RSV can be dangerous and potentially my daughter...

Lazy parents.. need advice

Our baby (7 months) has his own room and we've tried to put him in there to sleep from 6 months, but he wakes up every hour. Husband works 7am to 6pm so cannot wake up at night. I am tired all day from taking care of the baby and other chores. As a result, baby sleeps in our bed, and the husband sleeps in the spare ...

Sleep chaos and sleep training (Ferber method?) - help!

Our little boy (one in early Jan) was sleeping very well - 10 or 11 hours per night as recently as mid November - but for the past month it’s been totally chaotic, a period of refusing naps til super late and now though napping ok is waking every hour or two in the night and sometimes staying awake for ages. He ha...

Big baby

So my baby boy is 15 weeks now and he weighs 8.9 kg (19.6 pounds) and he's on 98/99th percentile weight and height wise, 95th in head circumference. Currently wearing nappies size 4. Since birth he's gained weight like crazy, he never lost weight after birth and gained 1.5 kg in the first 2 weeks. I'm happy he's gro...

Avoiding eye contact

How much eye contact should a two week old be making with you? I’m trying not to worry but as a first time mum I have nothing to compare it to! I feel like my baby is avoiding eye contact, not all the time but a lot of the time. He is smiley but will often turn his head and smile at nothing or just randomly smile w...

No milk at all

My LO hasnt drank milk for 3 months now. We initially tried everything to get her to drink milk again but then we realised she just isn't going to drink it. We try to get calcium in her and dairy where possible...but do you think in the long run, not drinking milk will be damaging for her??

Rant needed

I need to just rant about this because I just don’t know how to feel about this. So one of my best friends come round on the weekend and she came to look at our nursery for our baby girl. Later that day my partner was on his Christmas party and bumped into my friend who then made a comment that ‘She had a bad feelin...

Guilt

I now have a 9 week old as well as my April 22 baby. He's done really well adjusting and there are still bits of jealousy and telling us to put baby down but he is excited to see her etc. I think when she can interact more with him, it will be that big easier. Right now she poorly and crying lots, she's a screamer ...

Am I the only one who doesnt care about moving to cows milk or getting rid of the bottle?? I would rather reduce the formula gradually rather than trying to replace it with cows milk urgently when its not needed.

Seems to be a lot of hype and pressure for these! I will work on them over the next couple of months, bottle has meant comfort for a YEAR, zero interest in forcing baby to change this all suddenly.

Weird feeding schedule

My little one is 16 weeks and her feeding schedule has gone wild. I try and offer her 5oz every 3 hours during the day. She sleeps through with no more than 1 night feed. Today she had a bottle of between 3-6oz at 7, 10, 12.30, 2.30, 5 and a top up at 6.30pm before bed at 7. But then she woke up an hour later screa...

5am wake up!!

My little boy who’s 15.5 months old religiously wakes up at 5am. We have tried a later bedtime, and it doesn’t work. He has one nap, anywhere between 1-2 hours long. Does anyone have tips of how to get him to sleep longer? He wakes up a couple times in the night just to be laid back down and he goes back to sleep...
