Hello I'm a mom 38 I am trying to find people that are in my area that we can like do a group and we can hold each other accountable for our fitness journey I really need to lose this way my health is spiraling any takers we can share recipes or zoom a workout however is possible I really need to get it together.
This morning I made oats, egg, banana and strawberry ‘pancakes’ am I able to freeze them or just put them in a tub for tomorrow morning/tomorrow to snack on?

Tonight I made pork filet and had a nice sauce in the pan on the stove. My husband comes in the kitchen (he usually does the dishes when I cook) and CLEANS UP THE PAN thinking the sauce is just grease! My sauce 😭😭😭 Anything your partner has ever done to "help" but caused half a disaster? 😂

Second time making lasagna I really don’t like feta cheese so I make an Alfredo sauce to substitute it. It’s amazing when I make big dishes so I don’t have to cook every day.(definitely burnt the garlic bread because I forgot about it.) I can’t wait till my LO can start eating food😩
