Hiya, Does anyone have any recommendations for online classes / youtube exercises for pregnancy? I haven’t been to the gym for ages due to holidays and then had HG. Now at 21 weeks and starting to feel a bit better and would love to get some movement in now. I do have a kettlebell/ weights in house too 🫶🏼

I'm 9 weeks pp (C-section) and wondering when is best to start running again? Only a gentle run/walk 5km. Also, when can you start to take baby on a run in a pram? I have an out n about nipper, I was thinking when my little one comes out of the carrycot attachment or is that too soon?
Is anyone here still running. My running speed has plummeted (this is fine) since being pregnant. I feel very heavy running and it is becoming less enjoyable. Any tips? Better shoes? Leggings? Keen to continue but it needs to be less taxing. Thanks x
