We are having our first in July, we got our capsule and bouncer/rocker second hand off market place. Clothes were gifted to us. Cot, rocking chair and pram brand new. Honestly I think it depends on what is important to you and what you can afford. I have friends who got everything except for bottles second hand and others who got everything brand new. For me a good mix of both suits us
