What is a vback nurse/midwife?
I saw my midwife about 3 weeks ago and she said because of previous large baby and c section that she’s referred me to see I think she said a vback nurse I could be wrong but something like that I got a letter through last week with an appointment I just wondered if anyone knows what this is and what happens💙

Yeah as Rachel said above ☺️. Also in the same position after my first was a large baby. I've got an appointment with a consultant to discuss and my community midwife said it'll be like a risk assessment to show you the risks/benefits of both options. She did also say that it's a two way conversation so they'll be keen to hear your thoughts and any concerns you might have about birthing options xx

Yep! VBAC stands for Vaginal Birth After Caesarean. So she’s referred you to someone who will talk through your options with you and the pros and cons of having a vaginal birth vs a ERCS (Elective Repeat C-Section).
