I was told as long as it has 400mg folic acid and DHA in the prenatal then they should be good! I used one a day with my first but only found nature made at my store for this pregnancy.

Yes girl and it has 800 mg of folic acid and DHA so it’s hella good for both you and baby I literally just started a few days ago cus I just found out and it’s been great so far. Ngl the gummies I have to find a new brand it’s grosss😭

I took those during my pregnancy with my daughter and had no issues 🙂
