Any parent using similac alimentum formula

Any of you or know fellow parents using Similac Alimentum formula (ready to feed / powder) form..
Please share how do you manage to warm the milk (coming in canned form) on the go or when travelling outside (as once canned milk opened needs to refrigerate after 1st use to avoid getting wasted )
I don’t use this exact type of formula but did use the ready to feed Similac 360 for the first 2 months. I poured it into a bottle and put the bottle in the diaper bag with a small ice pack. Then I poured hot water in a travel coffee mug and when it was time to eat, I would put the bottle in the hot water in the mug to warm it up.
