@Marissa Oml I also found that less dairy the better
I guess luckily I’m lactose intolerant 🤣 but I still eat cheese hahahaha
Eve wellness blood sugar babe. There is emerging evidence for the ingredient ovasitol in the supplement for pcos. I started taking it and noticed my cravings for carbs reduced. It hardly tastes of anything too. But obviously should check if you are taking any medication etc that it’s okay to take.
I also saw a woman’s health dietician and nutritionist and I was eating about a third of the protein I needed and so changing to have high protein especially at breakfast has helped! And lower carbs (not no carbs) but having the protein as the main focus of meals
Oh thanks for the tip! I’ll check with my GP if that’s good to go since I’m on some blood pressure meds :) I found a girl named cailee eats on TikTok and she’s amaaaaazing at her high protein low carb meals 😍 she has PCOS and is also ttc so she’s been awesome to watch since we’re on a similar journey ☺️
hi I'm trouble with my cycle since they put a marina in there so I understand
@Lisa Layne omg! Same. Like when ever I have the merena in I don’t have a period. At one point I had one after another put in and I didn’t have a period for over 8 years… it was nice not to have a period but makes me worry also.
Following* fellow pcos girlie over here I believe with pcos the less dairy the better which sucks cause I love cheese lol
