Help calm my anxiety!

I just got my BFP yesterday at 4w. What do you do to pass the time?? I’m so anxious thinking of worse case scenario. We’ve been ttc for 1.5yrs, so my anxiety is super high thinking it will end in loss. Just need some good ideas to distract me! :)

BFP means positive pregnancy test? I’m old sorry 😝 pushing 40 here. What I can say that might help you is to think of the facts to stay calm. You’re more likely to NOT miscarry than you are to miscarry. Try not to give yourself added stress, stress can cause all sorts of negative things so just stay calm, get your prenatal vitamins and drink lots of water. Sending positive vibes to you, I hope the time passes quickly than that you get more and more secure every day.

Can't help much, I think I'm just over 6w currently but have had 2 chemicals this year and a mmc at 8 to 9 weeks last year.. So the anxiety is real! Terrifying, each day is just trying to get through it and trying not to worry and hoping fir the best

I found out at 8dpo weeks currently 10+5 my advice is keep yourself busy makes the days go faster! Feels like forever but when you look back you’ll be like wow that’s gone quick my positive tests feel like a lifetime ago now! I had a reassurance scan at 9+4 which gave me something to aim for instead of 12week broke up the long wait a bit xx

I love the app ‘expectful’ …….. it has lots of short guided meditations specifically to aid in staying calm during all stages. If meditation is something you’re open to id highly recommend. Good luck. The anxiety is real, I feel your pain xx
