@Clarissa I haven’t been on birth control in years
The app “guesses” when it believes your ovulation will be. The app moved my fertility window based on some of my LH tests but I haven’t gotten a “positive” test yet. I’m also a bit irregular due to my hypothyroidism and I came of bc pills 6 months ago. I have multiple tracking apps and all of them have different days it believes I’ll ovulate. I’m learning to listen more to my body and the symptoms I’m having while using the technology as a supplement to help guide me.
I use it I’ve gotten pregnant twice but they were both chemicals but it doesn’t always predict your fertility window so you have to keep testing until you get your positive and it will readjust your window
I've never used premom, I used Flo and hated it, I switched to Femometer and I got pregnant in four months. Honestly it was super easy to use and read, and I used the MomMed ovulation strips. Also: did you just stop using birth control? Because when I got off it after using it to regulate my cycles, I had a couple months where I had two peaks and my LH would be super low, then in 24 hours it would peak.
