Your "peak" reading doesn't look like a positive test. I wouldn't believe that was a peak
I agree that the 1.43 reading can’t be accurate as that would mean the test line being significantly darker than the control line. I’d advise to delete that one as it could throw off how the app interprets future readings for the cycle. You can manually adjust the number to match the darkness of the line which might help give you a better indication of which number is accurate x
It's probably how far away you take the photo/angle etc. Make sure you are adjusting the t & c lines to the right places as well, I imagine with the peak they weren't in the right place. I wouldn't worry about the other differences, just don't take more than one unless you think it's wrong. It's clearly not a peak.
