I can't take contraceptives so I will be tracking, but I'm also breastfeeding/pumping and I know that messes with your cycle. I have a tonne of ovulation tests and I feel like they're a good way to check but also you could do the family planning method with a thermometer, there's an app called natural cycles that's really good for it. Basically you do your temp every morning and when your ovulating it will spike, you can then use a test to confirm if you wanted to x
@Miriam @Saran yes ok Ididn't even think of bbt. I'll try it
My heart rate also spikes during my cycle, but that's usually more of a way of tracking when my period is coming that ovulation.
How about getting Inito the device. It helped me track ovulation very accurately. It uses AI to track your next fertile window and tells you the exact 24hrs you’ll ovulate in based on 4 hormone levels it tracks. Try it, u definitely recommend

It was a game changer for us. I’ve never been on any birth control other than tracking cycles. This app/device really helped us conceive or not
It's pretty hard to you have the first period. I didn't have my first period till my little one was 14 months (ah the pumping life). If you tracked real close with bbt or something like that you might be able to tell. Hope other folks have some suggestions to help!
