Diagnosis help

Hey guys! I am 24 and have been Ttc for 4 months with no luck. I had an ultrasound scan late last year for another reason and have attached those results below. I also however had a blood test recently and have spotted some things that point to PCOS and I’m feeling a bit worried. I get regular periods and all my ovulation tracking is regular and expected. (Test results Photos in comments) Any insight would help please, I’m so scared I won’t be able to have a baby

I wouldn't worry too much about it! 4 months of TTC is no time, at your age, you should wait a year before starting to worry. The main problem with conceiving with PCOS is lack of normal ovulation so if you are ovulating normally, PCOS isn't the issue. Just keep trying and if you don't conceive at a year, go to your OB to discuss.

@Jenna thanks so much for taking the time to write this- it’s helped me ❤️

You can have regular period and still have pcos. But only a dr can help diagnose you. There are three key criteria. But even if you had pcos and it was causing ovulation and conception issues women with pcos can get pregnant, some may just need some extra help I.e ovulation induction etc. it’s very common. Can make the journey longer but most women get there

Update guys I spoke to the Dr. They said to work out the free testosterone levels (the one that matters) you do a calculation with serum Testosterone and SHGB which puts me in the normal range! If you look up Free Androgen Index calculator you can work it out there. Good luck ladies 🫶
