I’m also 5’3. I had no idea there were suggestions for different sizes, I got a 65cm one. Seems to work perfectly for my size.
I had this same dilemma when getting mine! I’m also 5”4 and got a 55” and found it too small so got a 65” and it’s been fine for me. Our height is awkward cos according to the charts we are right on the cusp between 55” and 65”

The babygo ones (sell on Amazon) have a guide for their 2 sizes - will pop the link in. They also have a tape guide to go around it so you inflate it to the right size (I went for it as they’re recommended by NHS and narrowed the choice! 😅) but can apply to others I’m sure

Usually they will have a guide with the ball... the one I bought inflates to the 3 diameters for various heights.
