The easy at home ovulation strips from Amazon are good and reasonably priced too! There’s a free app too which I used. Xx
So sorry your going through this ❤️ Definitely understand the feeling of the monthly negative test. I fell pregnant so easily 2 years ago with my son, miscarried in January and it’s been constant negative tests since. Trying to remain positive and i’m a strong believer everything happens for a reason and just trying to not overthink it too much Wishing you all the best though ✨✨
This is so hard :( we had infertility before our first and the years of negative tests is like nothing that can be described, and I found our diagnosis of unexplained infertility really hard to get my head around. I'm sure most of what has been said above you're doing anyway as someone who's been through such a hard process before but I'm wondering if you've been back to the doctors recently? It could be worth having bloods done to see how your AMH etc is? As it's been a few years since you conceived your first, perhaps that could have changed which might make things harder. Sending you love as you continue to try, hope you find some answers and I hope your baby comes your way soon 🤍
Are you tracking your ovulation with anything? I’ve seen a lot of people say that tacking maca root has really helped them alongside taking folic acid. Could also be that you’re just missing those days that you’re ovulating so if you’re not already tracking it would be a good thing to start to make sure you are doing the deed on the important days
