I have the same issue, which surprised me because I thought that only happened to women who gave birth vaginally.
Please get yourself to a pelvic floor physio who can help you sort this out. So many women putting up with this when they don’t have to. Carrying babies is murder on your pelvic floor, even if you don’t have a vaginal birth. Surgery can also cause some issues with scar tissue etc. Do some scar massage whilst you get an appointment (videos online) and then see what the physio says - they will likely prescribe you strengthening exercises. Investing in yourself now is well worth it as menopause will make it worse and you’ll likely have back pain associated with weak pelvic floor. It is fixable and you are worth it ☺️
It’s not happening to me but it did happen to my mil and other family, I think it’s normal to some degree
