Yes, I’m the exact same- just feel like I don’t want to eat the healthy foods anymore😢
I’m the same the thought of my usual diet which was lots of fish/veg salads etc make me feel queasy. All as I want is McDonald’s or a bowl full of chips and lots of white bread i feel really guilty about too x
Yep, similar here too. But forcing myself to eat more fruit & veg…hoping backing off the treats & reintroducing the good foods will help with energy levels, & my iron which is low.
I’m totally the same 😓 used to pride myself on always eating so healthily and I’ve really gone down hill 😥
