Take your bp regularly and note it down. If it's consistently high the next 3 times, you need to call triage as it could be an issue down the line. I had skewed reading at first, but this was because the bp monitor cuff was 1 cm short. I.e. the cuff was up to 32cm, and my arm was 33 cm. After discussing with Dr., I was told it can lead to higher readings. Once I bought a bugger cuff, my bp was as high as consistently matching that of the maternity triage. I was told that if my bp is 140/90 at any point, I need to call triage and go in, but I do have heart conditions 😅
@Rasa I don’t have any heart conditions that I know of.. but my mom passed from a heart attack and had a suspected heart condition that went off as anxiety for years. I also have anxiety. Maybe it’s worth checking. Thank you!
I also hv high dialostic out of sudden from last 3 4 months
You could always go to a pharmacy that offer blood pressure screenings for a small fee
