I’m 27 weeks today and when I’m not super stressed, I’ll eat even if I already super full. Idk if I’d say I have had any cravings, just always hungry even when I’m not lol. I started off at about 120-125 pounds and I weight between 140-145 and I can tell I’m starting to grow at a much faster rate lately so I’m pretty nervous, plus one of my friends, she kinda gained A LOT of weight, especially compared to how skinny she was with how tall she is but she had a boy
@Burgundie you fill out more with a girl than a boy. When I was pregnant with my son you couldn’t tell I was pregnant from behind but with my daughter you can tell
Also don’t forgot if you plan 500-700 cals a day breastfeeding if you plan on!
@Cece breastfeeding isn’t an option for me.
I don't have advice I'm following because same. I have ADHD and I sit at a desk all day and I think my brain is just looking for something to keep it busy and so I end up snacking all day long. I have already gained more weight than I should have and I'm worried I'll be huge by the end of it or end up with gestational diabetes. I do have insulin resistance so it's already difficult for me to not gain weight.
@Nicole I’ve learned at chewing on ice does help alittle! My doctors are very worried that I’ll get gestational diabetes. I have my third and final glucose test on Thursday. My son was HUGE and I barely past my test with him so they are worried (The hospital I work at has the good chewable ice lol)
I’ve had such bad insomnia & constant (except when I’m eating some limited things) nausea & dizziness since the first weeks that I’ve gained 20+ lbs I’m around 30 weeks & I went from 102 to 122ish depending on the day but I already had gained 15+ lbs by week 10 or so just bc I was constantly eating.. the weight seems to come in big chunks almost overnight & everyone keeps telling me I’ll gain tons more in the next ten weeks which is definitely not helping the anxiety about practically overshooting my expected weight gain before the first trimester was even over 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️I know if I was just able to sleep I would be eating 1/3 of what I am but I can’t seem to sleep at all.. if I wasn’t getting inundated with food from absolutely everyone😬 or wasn’t too dizzy & exhausted to exercise as normal would also help a lot 🫣
@Nicole well I mean still you body will do it’s thing just take it easy and don’t work yourself to hard if you do anything physical
