Yes 140 is recommended for heart rate while Working out you also don’t wanna get to warm of a temp but if you can have a conversation while doing whatever activity it should be fine
I was super careful with my HR while working out with my first! Here are some things I did: - walking - skin bike - light weight high rep weights - body weight lifting - yoga - Pilates - swimming (might not be for everyone but I was a swimmer in my past and swimming is easy for me)
