It’s my first, 360 on 12dpt but my wife had our first baby 2 years ago and hers was over 1,000 on 12dpt so we are feeling quite worried
360 is a fantastic number for 12dpt, regardless of whether it was a 3 day or 5 day embryo :) definitely agree, the first number isn’t particularly helpful as there is a range of when implantation happens, which can expedite or delay the initial hcg rise. Wait for your next hcg to check your doubling time. But I would not consider 360 to be low at all!!
(And if anything - I would say your wife had a very strong very early implantation 2 years ago. She is in a minority of folks that have that high of hcg that early!!)
That number is in range. For what it’s worth with my oldest child my 11dpt beta was nearly 3200 and with my youngest it was 320. There’s a huge range for normal but clinics (the majority) only look for 150 at 12dpt
This is high for 12dp5dt! If you have a look at betabase or any of the calculators, you’ll see that for the equivalent (17dpo) you’re right up in the maximum ranges for that day! Regardless, studies seem much more concerned about doubling time so I’d wait until you had your second before you read anything into it. https://www.momjunction.com/hcg-calculator
Thank you so much everyone, we’re off for a repeat test this morning so just keeping everything crossed! The trouble with IVF is there are so many data points and you can just read into everything. Your comments have soothed our anxiety. ❤️
Let us know how it goes 🤞🏻

Is this your first HCG beta?.. The key is seeing it double over 24/48hrs, Don't panic if the first is a low number 🫶🏻 I've seen alot of success stories with low HCG and it rising successfully into a perfectly healthy pregnancy 🥰❤️
