I wouldn't worry mine was engaged and now she's moved Back up head in ribs xxx
@Sarah exactly the same here. Can feel the digging in my ribs
Yeh I had a scan today I was surprised when her head was in my ribs 😂
I agree, you still have plenty of time. I have done these exercises in the past they helped. https://youtu.be/s-szODdpg8A?si=iwcU4zSu9LtuJoty
Mine turned last week at 35/36 weeks so it’s possible! I did a lot of research and tried a lot of techniques. Not sure if they actually helped or baby just decided to turn, but either way, worth trying. I think inversions helped me the most tbh (did up to 10 in a day). Check out Spinning Babies website and just generally YouTube for stretches. I also booked in with an acupuncture to do moxibustion (never ended up having to go)! Good luck, I was really hoping for a vbac this time so was very very deflated too x
@Kristen thank you that’s very promising and nice to hear. I was actually told about moxibustion so I’ll look into that as well as spinning babies!
I’m 32 weeks and he’s currently breech. Hoping he will turn but if he doesn’t I’m not going to get him manually turned, he’s obviously comfy that way round 🤷♀️😂
They can definitely still turn, we're only just in October so you've got at least a month? They can flip right up until the end
