My little boy is 3 weeks + 4. He is on 3/4 oz between 2-4 hrs. In 24hrs he roughly has 23oz x
15 days old have 120ml/4oz every 3 hours
75ml -90ml every 1.5hrs to 2.5hrs and one week old!
Mine is day 3 and she has about 30mins on boob every 3 hours, then at night she wants more so gets about 40ml expressed

Mine is 4 days old and taking about 30mls every 90 minutes or so and being topped up with breast milk in between but no idea how much ha!
