Premature birth

I am due December but I’m afraid I might be having this baby earlier! For any of the girlies who had their baby early, (30-35weeks) what was it that let you know you were in labor? I have been cramping a lot almost all day! And it’s now getting uncomfortable to walk, I’m 31 weeks and I’m just a bit scared because I have been cramping a lot and I’m not sure if it’s contractions!

I cramped my entire pregnancy with my son. The Dr told me I would know when I was in labor. I knew. It’s a lot more intense. He came at exactly 39 weeks.

Contractions will be very uncomfortable and you'll more than likely feel like they are preventing you to do anything. They basically feel like your whole tummy is tight and a cramp that doesn't go away. Braxton Hicks can feel similar but they won't be consistent. If you're concerned definitely go to l+d. I will say it's kinda normal around this time for you to feel uncomfortable all the time and find it hard to walk a lot.

@ashley I hear this all the time about the placenta rupturing. What exactly does that mean?😅

@ashley that’s sooooo scary!!!

I’m 30 weeks, I am contracting as well and have like periods cramps as well

I’m close to 32 weeks and I been having I think Braxton hicks and feeling pressure in my vagina. I also feel like a stabbing pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it’s strong and other times it’s not. Also scared she may come early !

You can breathe again , a little & Pain ! Lightening crotch & pelvis discomfort mostly . Idk what cramps nor contractions feel like bc honestly my pain tolerance is different. But I have been experiencing the tightness of stomach and then it goes away which is super annoying. I’m 31 wks but baby is measuring 3 wks bigger . I’m preparing myself to go in around 36/37 wks. I’m on baby #3 & due to my previous births ,being high risk and babies weight being low . it gets uncomfortable and painful the further I try to carry. Doctor has already told me, after this ultrasound it will determine if I will have them early or not .
