Flexible working application
My manager approved my flexible working conditions to work only day weekend shifts - weekends due to childcare and no nights as I’m still breastfeeding. Christmas rota has just come out and I’ve been given 3 night shifts over two weeks! Do I have any group to stand on to get this changed? My baby relies on me heavily in the nights and his dad has never had him through the night and currently does not even live with us as we have split.

@Scarlett I highly doubt it’s a mistake as the other weeks have only weekend days apart from Christmas and new year there’s 3 nights!
Oh well id stil contact them and say we’ve agreed no nights. Why have given me them!
If it's all been agreed and signed then you do not have to work then as it's not in your contract. Just politely point out to them that they have made an error
They need to follow their agreement, email them and reference your flexible work agreements. Maybe its a genuine mistake x
