Badger app

Hey I went to my first midwife appointment which I had the same midwife who looked after me before with my previous pregnancy so she remembered me and mentioned the badger app assuming I know what to do, she told me to just download it again it’s got my previous pregnancy records on there but not this current pregnancy? It’s asking me for ‘ the account activation phrase’ to add new care record which I’m unsure what to do 🙈
