I’m so over this pregnancy. It’s completely different to baby 1 and I’m so excited to have it over 😂 My first baby came at week 38 and I’ve literally got a countdown going. This baby is coming 28 Dec and I swear the clocks have slowed down.
Nope definitely not wishing for a premature baby! But I agree about the pregnancy symptoms can absolutely do one. Driving me nuts. I have the bump and boobs itch that’s keeping me awake all night!
@Sarah I keep checking too lol , my baby is also coming December 28th
@Michelle I meant jealous as in getting to meet their babies , I’m 36 weeks and I’ve seen people having their babies at the same time which is more or less full term . I know baby will come when ready , I’m speaking on the excitement of meeting our babies …
@Sarah The last month has definitely slowed down for me too 😭😭😭😭 . This is baby number 2 and boy oh boy having a boy having a toddler whilst being heavily Pregnant is no joke
My baby is due December 3rd and my GODDDD I am so ready for it to be over! I feel so selfish for feeling that way but I am in so much pain. I’m so blessed and grateful my body could do such a wonderful thing but now I just find myself constantly upset or irritated because I’m just in so much pain 🥲 x
@Jess I think because I’m 36 weeks , it’s a little different as baby is nearly fully baked
@Tracy not really, I’m 35+5 and definitely want her to stay on until she atleast full term…. More risk of them needing additional help once born if they are born before 37 mark.
@Tracy I’m 36+2 and I totally feel you x
I'm ready to have my back and hips back but I'm not ready lol. I'm debating VBAC or an elective section this time and it's a big weight on my brain because I'm even dreaming about it. I'm 35 weeks and have until my consultant appointment at 36+6 to decide . My brain is on overdrive
@Jess okay Jess, well I’m ready to meet my baby 😊
@Ellise aright there with you girl , my due date is December 2nd . Everything is sooo much harder now 😅😅 not long left, we’ve got this 💪🏾
@Sam I had this appointment a couple days ago as I had a c-section with my first too . It made it all sooo real . I was nervous about my decision but now it’s made I’m just so excited , it’s a relief to know a plan is in place (regardless or wether things follow that plan or not😅)
@Tracy I’m not sure why you’re getting any negative replies to be honest - I totally understand what you’re saying! It’s not so much wishing they were here early/born premature, it’s the impatience you feel now we’re so close! I’m also 36 weeks. These last couple of weeks feel like they’ve been as long as the entirety of the pregnancy for me! I’m super excited but terrified too 🙂

@Jess same. I'm ready for her to be here safe and sound. So im like roll on next Tuesday for 37 weeks and she can come when she's ready! Consultant today to see what the " plan " is as my little lady seems to want to throw a spanner in the works of my water birth Midwife led unit plan 🤣🤣
@Becky Exactly this , I refuse to argue with people who are looking for a debate . It’s obvious I meant I’m excited to see my baby and obvious I want a healthy baby too 😊😊😊
@Tracy may I ask what you decided.
@Sam I’ve decided on a VBAC but induction at 40+4 . Hoping baby comes before an induction is needed but they won’t let me go pass 40+6 due to diet controlled GD. I don’t want any hormone induction like pictocin so hopefully just the balloon or something similar , if that doesn’t work then c-section .
@Tracy i feel you here!! I have a 2.5 yo boy and we are currently all sick lool 35.5 weeks currently and excited but nervous for whats to come lool. This babies been sooo active compared to my son and the pregnancy just so different 🤮 Hoping for a speedy delivery 🤞 but also I still have to get my christmas decor up l, christmas shop, final little bits of nursery setup and meal prep so she can wait till at least 39 weeks lool
I had my little girl at 35 weeks and I wasn’t ready, the day I went into labour my pushchair got delivered 😅 i feel like I got robbed of my last 3-4 weeks of actually chilling I only finished work at 35 weeks she came at 35 plus 6, and it was half term 😂 so I was busy all of last week then bam baby is here! Xx
I am so so done! I have been completely honest in this group that I have actively hated every single second of this pregnancy! I cannot wait for it to be over. Currently 36 weeks, baby is 6lb 4oz, C-section is booked for 39 weeks. Hospital bags are packed, nursery is ready and although I don’t feel ready for him to be here I’m very much ready for this pregnancy to be over!
Totally jinxed it I think lol as I’ve just lost my mucus plug and on the way to triage ahhhhhh!
@Rebecca ohhhh my goodness, wishing you all the best of luck . You get to meet your bubba soon , please give us an update when you can mama💕💕💕💕
@Ellise Congratulations mama , he looks so precious 💕💕 what were the odds this post was shortly beforehand . Can I ask how come you needed a an emergency c-section ?
@Ellise congratulations! Hope you’re both doing well x
@Tracy thank you! He’s a little angel! I needed an emergency c section due to me getting mastitis that turned into sepsis, I was very unwell and as a result mine and little ones heart rate were through the roof xx
@Rebecca thank you xx
Having a baby born early isn't something to be jealous of. I had my daughter at 28 weeks and the first 2 years of her life were very hard. Baby will come when ready and not being early will hopefully mean less time in hospital
