Breakfast- oatmeal and yogurt (I use mushkins or once upon a farm oatmeal) Lunch - little spoon and a strawberry to chomp on Dinner- Serenity kids meat puree and some little spoon and a strawberry (she does 1/2 or 1/3 of the puree)
Breakfast - usually toast or cheerios with fruit. Egg and avocado, overnight oats with fruit and nut butter or a smoothie bowl if im feeling fancy. She has yogurt and a purée jar at daycare. Lunch on weekends - She loves soup, so we do tomato or turkey/rice or chicken dumpling soup or chili. Additional purée as an afternoon snack. Dinner - bits of whatever we’re having. Tonight we had pot roast so I gave her bits of meat, soft carrot and soft potato.
Following
