Im borrowing one off my friend atm so see if i like it. Its good however its only really aimed for young ones and ive done a bit of research and found the YOTO player is much more long lasting. It holds story cards instead of figures and it can grow with them as they get older, for example if theyre into harry potter, you can get the books on there x

I have a tonie box and my 2 yr old is not interested, wish I got her the yoto player instead which I have asked for the mini one from family as she can have the tonie at home and yoto whilst we are out

Sadly, my little girl isn’t really interested in hers 😞 I got her a bundle last Christmas with her favourite characters thinking it was going to be the best thing ever. I knew she was young for it then, but got sucked into the craze over them. She used them more as a toy and now the Tonie box has colour transfer marks from when she decided to bash her JJ from coco melon tonie repeatedly on the top 🙃 I really bought it for use on long car journeys but to be honest, I forgot pick it up! I’m sure it could be really handy, and nice that it doesn’t involve screen time. Also, in hindsight I would have definitely waited until around this sort of age to introduce it, and bought the musical ones (as my little girl loves a boogie!) A mixed review, but hope it helps a little x

Our little girl loves hers well worth it xx

Both our 2 yr old and 1 yr old has one. The 1 yr old only uses it at night time after we've read our bedtime stories. He understands how to use it but does bash them on the top so at the moment I just play them for him. My eldest on the other hand loves to pick his tonie very night for olafter our story. He loves listening to them. And I've made his creative ones all things he'd love - one is us reading him stories, one is all his favourite music, and one is an audio CD tonie doesn't provide yet

My 2 year old is obsessed with hers. I think it’s something that’ll grow and become more beneficial as she grows older. I also love that the creative Tonie records messages and plan to leave her messages when I can’t be there for bedtime due to working (I return to work in 2 weeks after time off with the second baby). Vinted is worthwhile looking at tonies too xx

She might not like it straight away as she’s a little young- it’s recommended for 3+, but I’m sure she’ll grow to like it if not straight away x
