My 4 week old has 3oz every 2 to 3 hours x
I combi-feed a bottle of formula at bedtime using aptamil, and on the box it says 150ml for 4-8 week olds so I'd just up the size. She might go a bit longer then too.
My one month old has between 4-5oz every 4 hours or so. We find we put 5oz in and he takes what he wants/needs. If little one polishes off the bottle with ease I would offer more and see what she takes. If you’re doing it on her cues and stop when she spits it out then I wouldn’t say you’re over feeding at all xx
Mines 4 weeks 4 days and having 4-5oz. The hours vary so much from 1 hour to 3.5/4 but he can also only have 1-2oz fall asleep then wake for abit half hour plus later 😅 I'd offer 0.5-1 oz more if she's not settling, you could keep bringing the bottle away and see if she settles and if not offer it again. I've found they just take what they need xx
If she wants more then I would pop 5oz in the bottle. 3 hourly and 4/5oz is fine. They don’t overfeed as such.
You can’t overfeed a baby. Try pace feeding and burp her in between the feed x
@Laura what is pace feeding? X

4oz every 3 to four hours
I got told that at 1 month old my daughter was weighing 4.5 kg she was born 3.5 kg and that 120ml is too much for her even though on the box it says 150 ml for her weight and that I should be feeding her 90 ml
Mines feeding every 3 hours too. He’s also having 120ml/4oz each time x
