Low glicemic low fat low carb no diary no process food . Last meal 6pm 3l of water. You are diabetic so you won't lose weight that easy.

I know I work evenings when my hubby back home, I'm starting 7pm and just finish I wish to sit down and eat in peace but I can't as I will put weight. But it so worthy I lost 17.5 kg !! I don't eat with my boys 😪 meal together just at weekends. You should speak with diabetic nutritionist. We not allowed to eat potatoes- fresh one just next day - reheated potatoes, rice, and pasta have more resistant starch what prevents spikes blood sugar. Bread - you need to freeze and reheat/ toast . Maybe start with those changes plus try to choose low glicemic diet and no fat ( cheese is low glicemic but has lots of fat so I'm not allowed to eat ) . There is more options if you are diabetic you can ask doctor about Ozempik ( you need to be check if you don't have gallbladder stones as complications may be serious) this medication can help but may happen that you won't loose weight. Ozempik for more than year didn't loose weight but also don't need to take anymore medication for diabetes ( she's size 14 so not very big and much to loose) . You need to look what you eat you need to educate yourself about food and how effects your blood sugar there is lots to learn. I fight with obesity for years trying new diet visiting all kinds of doctors for help and this year I finally find someone who explain me how to get better.
