I suggest power pumping and milk lactation foods like mothers milk tea and staying well hydrated, coconut water. How long ago did you stop? I hope you can get your milk back! Letting baby suck would probably help as well. My baby always triggers let downs with nursing so maybe that could help trigger milk production
I agree with the girlies in the comments, stay hydrated. Drink a concoction of Coconut water mixed with Body amor and the lactation tea. Also try overnight oats, it helps keep your supply up as well. Also power pumping, I hear, helps bring your milk supply back and up as well because it makes your body think your baby is “cluster feeding” so it produces more. Let us know how it goes love! I heard up to 12 weeks you’re still establishing your milk supply, so maybe there’s still an opportunity to get your body to produce it again!
