Puree combos

What’s some nice puree combos? My baby just started weaning 2 weeks ago but I feel like I’m stuck on anything with potato. He’s tried a variety of veg and fruit but I’m worried to give him things like cabbage and beans. Any good combos? He hates strawberries, blueberries, apple, peas! He loves avocado, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, banana!

I would wait a bit longer to introduce things like cabbage and beans as it might give babies bloating. My LG loves the avocado/banana combo and also leek and broccoli. Also try pear and blueberries even though you mentioned your baby doesn’t like berries it might take you 10-15 tries for baby to like it.

Try vegetables first then fruit. I done first tastes of literally everything until around 5.5 months then started combos and meals. The Ella’s kitchen purple book gives some good ideas x

We didn't end up needing a lot of puree but a couple I made that were a hit were chicken, broccoli, and green beans (they were no problem, trust me, but you could switch to another green if you want), and chicken, carrots, and sweet potato with a bit of nutmeg. Low-sodium chicken stock for both. She also liked pork, apple, and potato (could sub for sweet potato too)

I've done broccoli cauliflower cheese and it's a hit! sweet potato and carrots could be a nice combo.
