Keep offering foods, toddlers are huge snackers so don’t worry if he doesn’t seem to eat much at mealtimes. They will eat when they’re hungry - promise!! Also don’t feel like the TV is the devil, just do what you’re got to do x
Same here. I gave up a long time ago regarding the TV. My LO needs to be entertained to eat. We do BLW lunch, in the high chair, which is not always very successful. We do purées for dinner (to make sure she is well fed before bedtime), while she watches TV and plays with a book. Nothing else seemed to work so I just gave up. At least she’s fed. My LO currently has chicken pox so her food intake has just gone downhill. Her dinner was a bit of sweet corn, a few spoons of peanut butter, two bits of melon and some milk. No matter how many things I offer, she just refused it all.
No tips hun unfortunately but in same boat. He wouldn't even take his night time milk tonight same last night. I am just at my wits end as don't know what to do he was a brilliant eater and sleeper. Now even sleep is horrendous was up at twenty to 2 with him this morning and had a twenty to 3 wake up this week and a twenty to 4. He's just shifted and don't know what to do. I don't know if his sleep to do with his eating but he just shakes his head at me when it's meal time now. I am on my own aswell which makes it harder. Sleep deprived and worried. He used to eat everything and was so good with his breakfast and tea meals 😢 xx
