Meals and milk advice

We are planning to start transitioning our LO over to milk from formula but wanted to check that his consumption is appropriate before making changes as I’m worried about him then potentially lacking important nutrients. Our typical day like today was: 7:30am - 5oz formula 8:30am - Baby muesli, 1/2 small banana, some watermelon (*liquid multivitamin given here also) 11:15am - 3oz formula 12:45pm - Homemade small pancake with almond butter, two melty sticks and tomato and cucumber slices 3:30pm - 3oz formula 5pm - Avocado and spinach pasta, carrots and mushrooms slices (*this is a rarer non-meat dinner, he will usually have lean chicken/beef/pork/lamb/salmon/cod here) 7pm- 5oz formula No night feeds at all - wakes about 7am and is asleep by about 7:30/7:45pm. Is this OK in terms of volume of formula (16oz total) to just slowly swap the same amount to milk, and is his solids healthy and not under or over eating? Thankful for the advice 🙏

I’d seek advice from your health visitor xx

Sounds fine amount wise but personally I find leaving longer gaps between food and milk helps them eat more solids, I also do food first then milk before sleep which works well for us. But I have no idea lol thats just what I do, I dont think they need the same amount of cows milk as they did formula, its usually only 2 bottles/drinks but HV could advise better

@CeeCee Thanks so much for the response and suggestions, that’s really helpful to hear. Having only seen the HV twice since he was born and that being different people, it didnt feel like the most approachable place to ask but agree it’s more appropriate.
