Since my MC, I'm almost in denial about being pregnant again (scared)

I had a miscarriage between my first and 2nd daughter. I was so anxious with my pregnancy following miscarriage but once i had my scans and could feel her kicking I felt so much hope after such a dark period and in August my 2nd daughter was born ❤️

My sister had a miscarriage and then fell pregnant quite quickly with her next 2 pregnancies. All was ok and they are lively boys now 🤣

I miscarried in jan , lost our boy but fell pregnant again early March now 38+5 with our girl . Can't lie been super anxious but going well
