I now go by months that she is older. So my LG will be 5 months on the 27th November

5 months tomorrow - born 19th June

@Jenny same, 5 month tomorrow 🥰

Me and my partner had this debate. Because in his eyes he was turning a month old (this is when we had the debate. Long while back now) at 4 weeks but I didn’t believe he was a full month when he hit 4 weeks in my opinion he turned a month old on the 28th which is his birthdate. 4 weeks in my opinion isn’t a full month. 4 weeks is 27 days and months have between 30 and 31 so it didn’t make sense to me because at 4 weeks he hasn’t lived his full month. So in my opinion it’s months

Also when it comes to counting baby’s age. I get lost in weeks. He’s currently close to 5 months (20 weeks) but I only know this because I have an app that tells me how old he is in weeks. Otherwise I wouldn’t have a clue. I was on track with it until he was 15 weeks after that I never remembered. And when people ask how old he is I say 4 months because it’s easier that saying 20 weeks. If someone said 20 weeks to me I would have to count it myself😅😅

@Oliwia the way I see it is that a month is date to date. If you count a month as 4 weeks, then there's 52 weeks in a year and 52 divided by 4 is 13. If you count months as 4 weeks, your child would then be 13 months old when they hit their first birthday. Which is incorrect as there are only 12 months in the year. I only knew how many weeks old she was up until the 16 week injections then I had no idea.
