Absolutely not! Go for it! I would advise though not to go ott, they grow out of things soooo quickly! I wish I hadn’t bothered buying half the stuff I did, outfits and shoes are a total waste of time, they’re much comfier in baby grows and the shoes never stay on 😂
Just make sure you try to buy within the seasonal timeframe! Like if your baby is born in summer get 0-3 month summer clothes etc. 😊
I had so many clothes from my baby shower I couldn’t use bc it wasn’t the right size for season type of thing.
I agree with Emma about the shoes! My daughter never wore shoes until she was like 12 months. I did put the occasional outfit on here and there but she’s right you will wear the comfy clothes most.
Also if you are finding out what your having I would wait because I made the mistake of buying loads of plain white baby grows but then I didn’t want to put my girl in the plain white things I had her in pretty pink baby grows with roses and bears on🤣
Im also 14 weeks and somehow I don’t know how we managed to also wait til after the 12 weeks to buy anything and so far have bought some muslins and 3 neutral outfits and a blanket and some baby books and we r finding out the gender in 2 weeks so tryna wait now til we know the gender unless I see something I really like. Its so exciting and also I went with my husband shopping and he chose the outfits so was so special to buy those first few things together xx
Thank you everyone
Buy whenever you want!! I brought alittle baby bottles 🍼 and pacifiers when I found out! 😄
Absolutely not. Go for it. I started around the same time for my first x
Hell no. I started shopping soon as I found out
Go shopping girl 🥰
Yes, take advantage of holiday sales!
I didn't start buying much until 20 weeks mainly due to needing to sort out the spare room so I had somewhere to store it. I wouldn't say it's too early but would say you may change your mind on certain things before baby arrives! I thought I had my heart set on a certain pram and car seat at around 14 weeks I'd seen online, went to a baby show at 20+6 & hated it in person. Also, things like clothes etc you don't want too much as they live in vests and sleep suits mostly (I bought 0-3 months from 16 weeks but ended up ordering first size at 34 weeks in case baby needed them. She arrived at 7lb 9oz and 6 weeks on is only just in 0-3 months)
Just here to say congrats mama!!!
Nah! Go for it!!
