Has anyone used supermarket own brand feeding bottles and what did you think please?

Currently stuck between size 2 and 3 teats on the MAM bottles and considering switching brand bottles to see if baby gets on better with them as it’s been ages, I’ve tried the 3s so many times and she’s really starting to struggle with the 2s now. I know she definitely doesn’t get on with Tommee Tippee as tried these many times.

I personally use Tommee tippee because my MAM bottles started leaking each over time. I did try Fred and Flo bottles because they’re so much cheaper but they melted when I put the boiling water in for formula even though they said 0m+ so don’t try those ahah

I used the Fred and Flo ones when my LG was first born as she wouldn’t take to any other bottle! She got on well with them! The only reason why I changed to MAM was because I was gifted so many xx

I could be wrong, but I think I saw somewhere that the Tesco Fred and Flo teats fit MAM bottles. So rather than whole new bottles, could try the teats? X

@Ellie how do you sterilise the Fred and flo ones? X

@Gemma oh that would be very handy! Thank you x

I watched a video the other day on MAM teats where her baby was getting frustrated with size 2 but size 3 was too fast so she bought the X teats (faster ones) and her baby got on so much better with them so I’m going to try the X teat and see how we go as I’m in the same boat 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

@Shannon I also saw the same video 🙈 I tried the X today and it was a no go for my girl unfortunately 😩 hope they work for yours! X

I had the mam microwave steriliser and used that x

It’s a shame they haven’t worked for you I can only hope and pray they work for us 🫠 x
