What have you found the hardest age so far? And what’s your child’s general temperament?

I’m just intrigued as whenever things seem to go smoothly for us the next phase of chaos strikes 😂😂

These terrible two's!! When told no she will scream as loud as possible 🤦‍♀️😂

1 and half was harder than now that she is 2

Around 20/ 21 months we had lots of tantrums.

0-6 months for me but its due to horrendous sleep.

@Sophie I actually agree with that. Plus no routine wasn’t helping.

100% 12-18month. I went back to work when he was 1. He had really bad separation anxiety that lasted ages and was ill constantly from nursery

My October 22 baby is my second (I have three babies) and he’s been the hardest at every stage. With him all ages have been hard!! With my LG newborn was easy. She was extremely happy content little girl that made night feeds a pleasure. With my 4yr old I loved when he was 2, cheeky and inquisitive, he never had the terrible two’s. My my 2yr old I’m hoping he finds himself and his will settle into a 2 rising 3 ye old

For me newborn as he had CMPA and just screamed 24/7 and I had no help from family and everyone told me it was normal for babies to scream in pain and projectile vomiting across the room….honestly have ptsd from the screams. My Boy is now two and tbh he has a little moan and cry when I say no something but he gets over very very quick !! We never had any meltdowns hitting or biting….think we have been very lucky 😅

For me I’d say it’s now at age 2. Easy baby for the first year but then sleep regression hit hard as did illnesses.

I’d say probably around 18m was harder than now. He understands more now and listens a bit more and not as many tantrums.

So this age is definitely the hardest for me. My kid is a great kid overall. Well behaved and listens unless tired or hungry. However I'm 4 months pregnant and always exhausted and even switching between me and partner I find the days exhausting. I will always engage and play with her when she wants, and go out taking her places to keep her active but it's draining. She was an easy newborn, and from 8 to 18 months there was little sleep, but now that she's her own little person and knows what she wants and know the word no, it's hard work!
