I used to work 10 hours days 4 days a week shift started at 7:00am so I was up at 5:30am… I would make me a super greens drink so that I could have energy throughout the day.. by the time I got off I still had plenty of energy to spend time with my daughter and cook and clean, and I can say that I slept good every night 😂
I work 38 hours, plus 2 hours per day commuting WITH my toddler and then study at night. It’s hard but it’s been so worth it. I have such a flexible job with a supportive team. I’ve been promoted twice since I had my girl and now make enough money to provide a really good life for her. Yes I feel guilt sometimes but she’s such a happy girl and I’ve never gone to bed thinking I didn’t do enough for her xx
I literally am in the same exact boat. I work 3 days a week too with a 13 month old and work 10 hours each day and have been considering picking up an extra shift here and there… I would make a list of pros and cons. Do what you feel is best for your child and yourself.
