Teething crackers (the happy baby brand from stop n shop normally $3-6 most the time depending on the size of the box I get lol) rice cakes sweet or savory ($2-4 depending on the brand ya get) Yogurt pouches (more expensive than anyone wishes, but convenient lolol) Theres probably more I can’t think of rn

Freeze dried strawberries large bag from sams club $7 individually packaged from target $8-10🤔 cheese puff chips from trader joes approx $3 (similar to pirates bootie), z bars 12 pack like $11 from target( somewhat sugary but has a decent score on Yuka, i give to my 2 yr old)

Lunchable or lunchly, as you have to built your own snacks, usually crackers ham and cheese, so it's a bit of entertainment too

I would avoid pouches or squeezable things, they always just make a huge mess in the car. Granola bars, rice cakes, mini muffins, animal crackers, and corn puffs are some of our go to road trip foods. Mini peanut butter sandwiches are also easy for in the car.
