Breakfast - oats and fruit with milk Snack -Vege or protein biscuit I made -Milk Lunch - often leftover from dinner Or - egg muffin (like a mini omelette cake often broccoli, carrot, pea mixture) with some avo toast Dinner Anything we are having, but altered - yesterday was roasted vege sticks (carrot, potato, parsnip) couscous and protein for her was fish Then fruit salad or Greek yogurt Milk before bed
Milk when he wakes Breakfast could be: 1.5 weetabix Porridge Scrambled egg and toast He'll usually have an apple/banana and yogurt as a snack before his nap. Lunch could be: Toasted cheese, berries&grapes Sausage, toast and berries Scrambled egg, sausage and berries Sandwich and fruit. Dinner is whatever we are having Supper is yogurt/porridge/fruit and milk.

Morning 1 x Weetabix with milk 1x smoothie I make at home spinach blueberries avocado banana and splash of milk Sometimes a bit of my toast 1 x milk before nap Lunch time Usually something like scrambled eggs and toast or pasta with veggie sauce I blitz the veggies into the sauces. Dinner maybe spaghetti bolognaise/ cottage cheese and pesto / hummus cheese crackers / peas Heās fussy with fruits and most veggies so I have to hide themā¦ Usually some Greek yoghurt and honey 1x milk before bed
